Competent and efficient!!!

I would just like to compliment Makwela Refilwe on the great service I received - I am a first time Telkom client who subscribed to Uncapped ADSL from Telkom recently - I talked to two consultants (DSL Technical) and luckily ended up at Refilwe who sorted out my problem in no time at all in a very professional, friendly, confident and organised manner - she definitely has great problem solving skills.
She was patient and knew what she was doing! I won't be going over to MWEB as I initially thought, Refilwe changed my mind through her great assistance - I'll stick to Telkom! Thank you Refilwe.
