Bad service from mtn

Good day, I bought nokia Lumia 610 from mtn, with contract the phone was delivered last week friday 05/04/2013 and on the 08/04/2013 i call mtn to report the phone that is not working properly, but with no luck from all these people, Mahomed, Cecilia, Gugu and Peter i spoke to them everyone was send me from pillar to post the battery is getting hot while i am on the line and i have to charge the phone everyday, the screen freezes, I am not happy with this service at all and no one can tell me what to do or trying to help when I call mtn, I AM STILL STUCK WITH THIS PHONE DO NOT WHAT TO DO.PLEASE HELP.
