Telkom is charging me for DSL services when I don't even have an account with them. I am with Web Africa and migrated my line to my new premises however telkom decided to bill me for ADSL and Line Rental at both premises. I also have a billed from my ADSL provider Web Africa.

I have reported this issues to Telkom several times but no one seems to care or even leave notes on my account. I constantly have to repeat my query each time I call and no resolution, escalation or feedback has come from my efforts. It feels like ground-hog day with their customer support team who are highly incompetent. I was promised a credit by one agent who said they would do it and call me. Today? Still nothing an dmy bill is on R2400 when all I am supposed to have is 1 telephone line with Telkom.

How do you fix this? Credit Note on all DSL charges, Credit Note on Telephone Line Rental on Previous Premises.
