Good morning,
Two weeks ago on Easter Sunday I went through to the N1 City branch to collect my Blackberry Curve 9320 white upgrade. I paid and when the phone was taken out of the box in store it didn't want to switch on. Chantal said that she would get a white 9320 from a Johannesburg branch and have it sent down to your Kenilworth branch (I stay in Southern Suburbs and N1 City is quite out of the way).
I didn't hear any feedback about the phone during the first week, and last week I sent two emails to the store email address with no response. When I called today Chantal was not there and the woman who answered the phone was unable to help me. I have already paid my upgrade fee and my old contract with my BIS is going to expire. Please could I get my white 9320 curve ASAP! The service has been completely shocking with no feedback to me at all.
