Nobody knows whats going on getting tranfered

We are trying to cancel one of our Telkom business lines. First we get given the wrong email address to send the cancellation letter which find out only a week later after following up on our side. We send through another cancellation request to the correct address and follow up a week later. Now there is no trace of my emails. Nobody seems to have access to view the emails. Every phone call to Telkom and transfers begins with waiting 20 minutes on hold, only to be told wrong department. When requesting to speak to a manager or supervisor they are always in a meeting. I can imagine that there are regular line cancellations, why is there no process in place for this.
