Waisting of call time

Again today when i tried to make an urgent call the prompt came up telling me about the second billing and how it works and what to do. Firstly i do have per second billing i do not need to know how it works and what to do. I pay to make calls sms use bbm and all not to listen to a prompt. It irritates the out of me
