I am beyond frustrated with Foschini's voice prompts when you phone in to customer services. It doesn't matter what I do, I get "yelled" at by the prompt that I STILL haven't entered a correct number. And I had to call in 4 times before I could bypass this ridiculous system to find a human at the other end of the line (at least she was friendly and helpful). While it is mildly amusing to find a voice prompt rude, this has to be singularly the worst customer service call centre automated system I have ever come across. To make matters worse, I then attempted to send my comments via your online form. The submit button gave me an error reading!! So, I apologise for resorting to Hello Peter, but at least the form works.
