No credit after 14 days

I have had such a good experience with these people, just a pity when you cancel you are worth nothing. My fatbudgie account was terminated on 30/09. Firstly they stated that all deposits are paid back withing 14 days of account cancellation. They already collected their router I had to rent from them. Now suddenly my deposit will be paid back only on 15/11, and they claim that there were calls made on my account after I cancelled. I must admit I accidentally did try to make a call, and chose the fatbudgie account by accident, and the line was just dead, so it was not possible to make any calls. Maybe I am not understanding how your system works, but I am not happy about the way my account is being handled now. If I got it wrong, please call me and explain to me how it works.
