Never responded to my complaint

Last week Sunday I reported Cell C at Hellopeter, then on Monday I received an email from Hellopeter saying Cell C has responded. When I read the email it was saying Mbongeni will be dealing with my matter & he'll be in touch with me soon, till this day I haven't heard from that Mbongeni or any other person from Cell C. Ever since I did thi upgrade with Cell C I'm regretting everyday. On Saturday 13/04/13 I called their call centre to explain my problem instead I was told that I need to take this tablet to the store because they can't send someone to come fetch the tablet since I'm no longer in the seven day period but the last time I checked when I first reported this tablet it was 2 days old, I was in that 7 day period. I then went to Westgate branch & I was told to take it to their repairs stores I explained to them that I need a new handset because it was reported within 7 day period, then cell c consultant told me to call back the calll centre to tell them that I need to be given a new handset. I wish they could just cancel my contract & never have to stress again with their products & their BAD service. I'm just so sick & tired of Cell C.
