Complained twice now on hello peter, cell c Quick to respond without an end result. Tablet never worked from day 2, kept freezing, when calling to inform them, was never told not to use the tablet. Took them from 7th Nov till 22nd Jan to collect. Cell c never answer e-mails, I am the one to aways call and query what's going on. After been told that cell c are at fault and they "apologise" for their mistake. Today I call to query what's going on only to be told that I won't get a new tablet and get this... If the tablet comes back and is still not working, I can log a call and have it repaired!! They said I used the it so they won't send replacement. Which means another how many months of me paying for something I cannot use!! I do NOT recommend cell c to anyone! The customer care does not exist, plus the consultant put the phone down in my ear after putting me on hold for 22 min!!
