Faith restored thanks to great response handling

I was called the Monday following my lodged complaint.By Tuesday all was sorted out. I appreciate the consistent updates and proactivity shown by Mbongeni. My thanks to him. I'm completely satisfied with the resolution of this matter; including the credit note by Cell C to cover my contract period.

Unfortunate that it took a hellopeter complaint for Cell C to act; but at least they did act.

Proof yet again that hellopeter works.
