I have 3 contracts with Cell c, one of my contracts is a Huawei 7'' Tablet witch I have insurance on. The tablet was, i reported it to Cell c and it was blacklisted. Now Cell c came back to me and rejected the claim for the reason I didn't use it for a 2 months period. I did use it to play games on just didn't download anything in the 2 month period. So now I appealed against the rejection and still no response from Cell c. I still have 11 months left on the contact 0844641999 which I still have to pay the instalments and insurance for a tablet I don't have and enjoy. I think its very poor service from Cell c and CCover and something needs to be done about it. Thankyou IT REF NO 14187535 IM EI NO 356649041941505.
