Very Poor Customer Service

Handed in my wifes phone for repiration after having lots of problems with an almost brand new phone. Received the phone back after to weeks, when they told us it has been repaired. When I asked them what was wrong they could not tell me. I asked Johannes to please find out what they repaired and he kept on insisting that I should call the service center to find out what they repaired. Why should I call them to find out what has been done when I took all the effort to drive about 40km to MTN for a phone to be fixed that is almost new. After a bifg scene Johannes agreed to find out what was wrong and come back to me after which I left. Needless to say this never happened and I never heard anything from MTN up till now. MTN please don't apoint people like this to deal with customers. It is your reputaion as a company on the line.
