Unauthorized call limit

Nashua mobile added a R400 call limit on my talk 500 account. I phoned 126 yesterday and i still had 300minutes left on my contract. At 7 on a saturaday night they softlocked my contract. I phoned the call centre but closed. How the can they do that if there are no one to help me. Extremely bad. The contract is 12 years old but they just lost this loyal customer.
