I ordered a new iphone 5 on contract from Cell C Canal Walk and experienced the following bad service:

I was never informed that my phone arrived and that I can pick up the phone. I had to follow up with the shop.

I activated my phone on the 11th of April, but in the shop it stated that No Service on the phone. Karla guaranteed me that my service would activate soon.

It is now the 14th and still no service. I phoned the shop and they said that they can see on their side that it is activated and they can see my prorate minutes for the month of April - which is 16 minutes.

In other words I also only received 16 prorata minutes on a contract of 200 free minutes even though there is almost 3/4's of the month left. The maths do not make sense.

Clients are emailing me and stating that they can't get hold of me...

This is ridiculous service and now I am expected to go out of my way to take the phone into the store so that they can check it out and determine what is wrong.
