Lots of promises, no action

Hi.

On ticket number [#PSD-568-90523] and [#UOV-958-85343] I've had a load of correspondence, and no solution.

I have phoned and no solution.
I have had them phone me, and thereafter it was only empty promises...

"yeah... I'll phone you tonight" (as I cannot work on this website during office hours)
Tonight comes and goes...
"I'll get someone to phone you tonight"
Tonight comes and goes...
"I;ll send you instructions to possibly add the initial site via FTP"
Still waiting...

I have recordings of all these conversations... if you are interested.
I am now beyond fed-up and would have moved to another hosting company already if it didn't seem as such a tedious sjlep in my mind.

It's not like i had a kind of service to smile about before either... regarding email setup and account information...

If this is the standard service Afrihost offers, I am dissapointed... beyond that even.
