ILLEGAL DEDUCTIONS OFF CLOSED ACCOUNT

Me and my husband are Vodacom customers. We cancelled our Debit order due to deductions but i have been making manual payments to our vodacom accounts monthly. I have send them the documentation but it was never loaded. They keep on sending sms that we are in arrears although our accounts are up to date and charge us for bank charges because they deducted from a closed bank account. i have reported this but get no decent service from them. It seems that their staff as well on the call centre side does not know how to assist a person and are incompetent. i would like to go to another service provider as they have just giving me problems since i have joined them and no correct person have the courage to sort it out. They made a mistake and now we must pay for it. He also wanted to take out another cellphone account but was told that he needs to load another debit order and after three months can apply again but he is an existing customer. This really is pathetic service
