Apple Ipad 16 GB Out of Stock

On Saterday, the 6th of April I took out a contract for R329, where you recieve a 16Gb Apple Ipad with 1Gb of DATA. The special on this contract ended the 6th of April 2013. From The 7th of April 2013 the price on the same contract will be R349. The consultant told me there was no stock, but the stock will propably be here no later than Thursday. I went to the store afternoon of Friday 11-4-2013. The manager at the store said they hoping to get the stock by next week Tuesday (16-4-2013). He said that the Ipads are at the company (Gore) who must deliver it, but he does not know when thet will deliver. And he cant do anything to speed up the delivering proses... While I was standing at the shop in Grove shopping Mall, I phoned Vodacom in Menlyn and they told me that they do have Apple ipads 16GB in stock at their store. The guy at Vodacom Gove told me they cant transfer stock between branches, because the owners differ. The only option I have is to cancel my contract at Grove for R329 and go to Menlyn and take out a new contrat for R349. How is this my problem and acceptable.??? My wife and I are Vodacom Clients and our bill is more than R2000p/m. Surely they can accomodate us.
