Poor service from Morne at Autopage, Menlyn

I phoned Morne from Autopage Menlyn on Wednesday 27-03-2013 to reserve a Ipad for me for Saterday 30-03-2013 because I can not find any stock available at Autopage Thabazimbi or Centurion. He said there is stock available and he will keep it for me, I must just send my Id, payslip, POR, and bank statements. I email it to him and asked to mail the contract back to my to sign it. He did not do that, not even open my mail! I I phoned him again on Thursday morning to confirm this, but he was busy with a client and said he will send the contract. That he didn't do either! Saterday morning I drive 250 km to Pretoria, just to find out he is not in and that he do nothing with my order AND that there is no stock in the store. The salesperson that helped me phone Autopage shops to find stock, but no Ipads could be found. Morne let me drive 250 km for nothing because he did not do his job!
