I am so fed up with Telkom, they installed the WCDMA on the 11th of December 2013 and we have not been able to receive calls since. We have reported this fault three times and we always receive sms notifying us that the problem is resolved when it is not. Perhaps its someone trying to get rid of the call on their schedule. Do they know what they are doing? Why introduce a system you cannot support. The worse part is that if your data gets finished no one knows how to top it up. Really!!!
