I phoned in November to cancel my contract which expired on 19/12/12.They continued to take money from my account after I went onto prepaid. I have now been struggling since February for a refund of what they owe me. My local branch tried to help, but they also get promises. I tried to contact head office accounts department and on numerous occasions were put through from one person to the other. They then promised the lady from our PE office the money will be in my account the next morning. Needless to say nothing happened and I am still waiting. Promises don't pay my medical. I have again been promised Monday. Let's hope this time they stick to their promise. I think their service is pathetic and I would definitely never ever recommend anybody to take a contract with them. They didn't have to wait for my money, but you must wait ages for a refund.
