Cancelling ADSL line

After much communication with MWEB I gave instruction to MWEB to cancel my ADSL line WITH MWEB. Instead you cancelled the entire line, instead of just sending it back to Telkom. I made it clear in my communication with you that I would be moving to another provider, other than MWEB.
I have now been informed since your mamparras cancelled the line completely, I have to wait for 30 days for the line to be restored. This is ridiculous! Imagine you having your internet cut off for 30 days, you'll go bankrupt and EVERYONE will be without employment!
Furthermore, I queried a billing error regarding my 3G stick that I took out with you, which I am getting overcharged for (lesser amount stated on contract). No response!!
Pathetic! Glad I'm done with you!
