I have been trying to open a CSDP account from the 2013/03/28 and have been given the run around due to horrific customer service. I have been given excuses such as its not within my area, leave of absence referred onto other individual, as well as numerously sending in supposed outstanding information as advised by the agents. I have sent in the supposed missing information on 3 occasion advised that these are the only missing info to open the account by different individuals. With the last straw now being that there is no FICA docs. I PERSONALLY THINK THAT THEY ARE A BUNCH OF INCOMPETENT INDIVIDUALS SITTING BEHIND THEIR PC'S TRYING TO MISLEAD PEOPLE WITH NO SERVICE DELIVERY OR PROCESS as if this was in place employees would advise potential clients the correct information and steps. Just tell us to take our business elsewhere as I will probably lose the shares holding my breath for the account. Also tried to speak to the manager but she was too busy to take a call as well as don't have any direct contact details must be contacted via the call centre.
