A query was raised with these individuals on a matter of a property sold on MYROOF. A complaint was raised with both MYROOF and Standard Bank. MyRoof referred me to both these individuals handling this case and after making a total of 8 (yes 8) follow ups not one of them have responded at all. The only individual from Standard Bank actually making an effort and forwarding the mail again to Godfrey was Daleen Oosthuizen but it seems as though her effort is to no avail. Is it just BAD SERVICE or a BAD ATTITUDE towards their clients? Or maybe a lack of knowledge and not wanting their managers to realise the lack there of? I am rather disgusted at the service after being a client with Standard Bank since 1996.
