Mtn expects full payment from retrenched people

After my retrenchment was finalized i went in to promenade branch where i was told i need to phone in to make payment arrangements. I did that and was told by pre legal department that they dont make provision for such people and that i am liable for FULL payments. So meaning what? my family must eat less so i can make payments to a line that is cut and cant use so mtn can pay for the bribes they were accused of that was making headlines not long ago? it says on hellopeter mtn has more than 10000 complaints.and only over a 1000 compliments. That says it all.eventually i will finish them off and will NEVER take a contract out again from them or recommend them.and their pamphlets in their store i will need to collect for toilet paper if they INSIST on their full payment from a unemployed retrenched person with two kids. What a disgusting network provider.
