I received a faulty refurbished handset from the Vodacom repair centre for the second time. I went back for the 5th time yesterday to get a handset that is working!! After travelling back and forth in excess of almost 700 kms I was getting impatient with their service and what I have to spend on travelling cost and time!!

I insisted that the handset be sorted out while I waited, so that I don't have to travel back there again. The consultant, Alina just could not care less about my problems with them. I insisted that I see a manager, after which Mogopi addressed me, with the same lame attitude, not having any clue about customer satisfaction.

The worst was when he straight to my face when he said that they cannot sort out the handset at that moment because the advance repair centre is in 14th Avenue (West Rand). While all the time the Advanced repair centre is also in Midrand! This is utterly unprofessional and unacceptable!! Does he really think I am an?

The service is absolutely pathetic! They don't have any care in the world whether the customers are happy or not. I am reporting this matter to the consumer council as I have just had enough now!!
