Brand New Handset purchased 03 January 2013 was booked in for repairs o n 18 January 2013. Handset returned after following normal book-in procedures and having waited the full turn-around time. handset STILL not working and now gets NO SERVICE all the time. Booked in for the second time on 06 Feb at which point i immediatley emailed vodacom and requested a Priority. Each time i call in, i get the same lame excuses... Manufacturer turn around time is 7 - 14 working days bla bla bla. How is this priority if its already been 7 days and still not returned? VODACOM... my family and i have many many contracts with you guys... but i assure you that this kind of treatment is going to cause you to lose alot of customers... My Nokia LUMIA 920 has spent more time in repairs with Vodacom than it has spent with me as the customer. i cannot accept this type of service.

I want my handset back TODAY. I dont care what it takes... i have waited long enough. If you feel lik you want to give me back my BROKEN handset then please feel free to do so. the time delays is as good as a rip off anyway... so rip me off even further. I guess its time to explore business at CELLC and see 4myself.
