Hi Telkom

I am paying for an un-capped 4mb line from MWeb which was working well until the end of last year. Now however when I try to use the internet in the evening after work, I am not even able to load the [URL Removed] website, let alone email or anything else. I have contacted MWEB and they informed me that the Exchange is overloaded and that it has been reported numerous times to Telkom.

Please could this be sorted out or would you kindly refund me for the "missing" bandwidth.

I have logged faults with Telkom but no one ever follows up with them my latest reference number is 229CWK120413.

Details on when the upgrade of the Exchange is planned for would be greatly appreciated. It would at least show progress.
