Century City Exchange Heavily overloaded

After failing to respond to a fault report on their website I posted a complaint on Hello Peter. Telkom has since SMSd claiming that they have tested the exchange and that it is not overloaded. This is clearly not the case as I still get pings like these almost every weekend.
