You are the worst service provider in the entire world!!!

I cancelled my contract with you in December!!! Yet payment is still going off??? I have made phone calls to your useless customer care number every month since December and every time your beyond lazy, rude staff promises to "escalate" the call- nobody phones me back.

What do I need to do to get you to stop taking money from my account for a service that has been cancelled for 7 months!???!?!? Would you like me to come and beg at the steps of your offices??

You are the worst, most incompetent people in the world and I am proceeding with legal steps, also I am posting every single detail of my struggle with your company on every single website available to me.
