I am a long standing MTN client, two weeks ago I opened a new laptop contract for my daughter to be delivered to MTN Cavendish as I am in PE, after waiting for stock the Laptop was couriered to Cavendish, I confirmed with PE Customer Service as to what would be required to collect, I was told my daughter needed to take her ID. Yesterday on collection after she had waited for an hour on the qeue only to be told that the Supervisor is not there so she could not be assisted. Does the MTN stop when there supervisor is not there. This morning at 10H00 I called the head Office No 0119123000 to speak to the National Customer Service Manager, first time I was cut off, the second time I was told by the person who answered the phone that I cannot speak to their Managers, I tried to explain to her she insisted and she gave me a 0215272000, the lady that I spoke to told me that the Regional Manager is overseas and tried to put me through to a Shane but got cut off again. I am upset because Cavendish, thinks clients r an irritation, same attitude I had from the lady at Head Office, she did not want to listen, I feel I dont have a recourse- no mechanism for service recovery.
