CELL PHONE ORDERED FROM CAVENDISH SQUARE BRANCH

Balckberry 9720 gentlemen by the name Kurt from Cavendish phoned around and found one in Tygervalley on 07/01/2014 @17H10, made a call whilst I was standing infront of the counter and confirmed phone will be kept for me to collect on Friday in Tygervalley, I must ask for Steward.
Called today 08/01/2014 @15h00 told by Ashley Steward is on Lunch, after i have been transferred from pillar to post in different extensions. @ 15H37 Steward eventually called and told me Woolworths policy can only keep items for 24hours and cellphone been sold, I then told me I was not infomed that in Cavendish and it is not even 24 hours yet, he answered me with very sacastic voice telling me that they have to make a sale he wil have to order me one and not sure when it will arrive.
