Can you Really afford to lose me as a Customer?

I have a W.Visa credit card;my store card is linked to this. On 13/12/2013 I paid R1100 at Cavendish branch and specify that payment is for the VISA (not store card). At 21/12/2013 I receive a call from debt collection informing me that no payment has been received;I proceed to explain that this amount was wrongly allcocated by Miss Mhlokanya (cashier) and am assured that this will be reversed. as added precaution I notify Stefanie (Cavendish Manager) who requests i come in to the store to settle the query on 23/12/2013. I then attempt to use my credit card and (embarassingly) it gets declined. This does get mentioned to the call center (call ref# 347504036) - 23/12/2013. I mention that in NO communication and terms conditions, does it indicate that the credit facility will be frozen. I ask the call center agent where this is specified-he politely says: "i don't know"... iI then request to speak to a supervisor / manager who DOES know -only to be told one is unavailable... i inform the agent that i will be lost as an account holder, Visa client and W-Loan client if this does not get fixed-a manager / supervisor has yet to call me... debt collection has called me twice since...
