Bad service from an MTN Repair Centre Consultant!

I'm utterly disappointed by the service received from an MTN consultant at the Montague Gardens Repair Centre.

The consultant (FAHEEMA HIGGINS) was extremely unprofessional, rude & patronizing, twice in 2 days.
She sarcastically addressed me as "MY DEAR" & rolled her eyes when I attested to her inappropriate behaviour. She disrespectfully turned her back and walked away uttering "WHATEVER YOU SAY", in the blatant presence of other customers. The consultant responded with dismissive answers i.e. "DON'T ASK ME, I'M NOT A TECHNICIAN & DON'T KNOW WHAT REPAIRS WERE DONE TO THE PHONE". This after I enquired about the repairs to my handset.

I eventually asked for the manager, & within seconds she cowardly checked the fault report & disclosed the problem. I even resorted to ask the consultant to repeat what she answered to my questions in the presence of other witnessed customers & manager, but yet she (FAHEEMA) stuttered and spouted different answers to what she initially said to me.

I requested the manager address the consultant and demand she apologise. Even then, her (FAHEEMA) response was patronizing, whilst displaying a bored and dismissive posture with folded arms.
