CUSTOMER ASSAULTED IN FNB - NOT THEIR PROBLEM

Today my husband and I went to FNB to open a business account. we are not FNB customers however due to their constant adverts we assumed great products & customer services. Hence we were new business. we were told to go the business area and wait for the 01 business consultant. we waited there and no 0ne saw to us, other consultants were present however i was surprised that no one came to us and said 'HOW CAN WE HELP YOU', although they were all available. we had to go from consultant to consultant to establish the whereabouts of the 'business consultant', who we were told was repairing machines. Whilst waiting, we were heard people arguing from the atm side of the bank, wherein all patron witnessed a drunken/drugged customer violently assault an elderly customer, not once but twice the FnB security seperated the assailant & merely let him go. we approoached the manager and asked him why had they not called SAP but rather let the attacker go, he responded by saying that it was not his business or problem and they (the attacker and victim) should sort the issue out. We and other customers of the bank were DISGUSTED by the banks attitude which condoned criminal behaviour.
