I'm trying to access the internet n after recharging with two vouchers the blacklist me. i phoned and the told me after three hours it will be sorted out and will be able to recharge, it is thirteen hour later and i still cannot access the internet. i phoned back to 8ta customer service and after shouting n screaming they were able to help me. why must one have to perform with a service provide if you are paying them and you pay them on time. this is nonsense, they think just because you are on the other side of the receiver that you must just be patient. they need to employ competent people to to the job so that we as the customer does not have to constantly phone and fight with them to get what we have paid for.
