Poor Reception in Durbanville

I have a uncapped internet bundle contract with MTN, I recently moved to Sonstaal Heights in Durbanville, suddenly i have the poorest Internet speeds on earth. I keep getting disconnected, how can Mtn in an area as highly populated as Durbanville let the service be so bad? I'm seriously considering moving to a different network if this does'nt change soon. Surely if they can't upgrade their infrastructure to accommodate the amount of users it's a waste of money using their service. I want to get what I pay for!
