Phone back from repairs 30 days... still broken

My BB9320 was sent for repairs 05-03-2013, received it again on 04-04-2013 (30 days)... paying for a contract and inferior product that i wasnt able to use!!! Received the phone with checklist from tech department... waste of paper... because my phone is still not working. I phone the branch... they cant help... i find that rediculous... the phone has to be sent away again... i bet for another month and not being able to use my phone or contract. I had the BB for over a month and it already broke, and this is a phone that is suppose to be used for the next 2 years until my contract us up???
Apparently the RED CELL C sim card is faulty... if i want a new sim card i have to do a sim swop and the cost will be for my account???..ITS the CELL C sim card thats faulty, now i have to pay... how does that work???
Looks like the consumers of CELL C contracts are on their own.
Rediculous repair service and inferior products!!!
Cant wait for my contract to expire... Vodacom, MTN... anything but CELL C!!!
