Internatinal Call charged in South Africa

I am refering to the complaint which was send at 10:36 Thu 4 Apr - REF:1302070000059855.

Till today I have not recieved an answer.

I said it before and I will say it again. Disgusting service and incompetent people with empty promises!!! Since I have send the email on the 4th of April, no one, NOT Mbongeni or ANYONE ELSE from Cell c has contacted me. Today is the 11th of April and I am still waiting like I did before for an answer.
