No Response and Bad Service

I moved from durbanville to Wellington and i had to signe a new contract with ADT again (Why i resigned with adt i REALLY DONT KNOW) i had problems from day one in durbanville.

Well i signed contract on the 5 April with the consultant nice guy full of empty promissed
We agreed on the panic button on the cell and on the proof of the alarm he will send to me for the insurance and he will confirm as soon as the alarm is active. Well i am waiting for that email and its the 15 APRIL.

I called him the week after the contract and this week again and he is full of promises and yes i will send it. And he will call me if the alarm is active well i called the centre myself.

The alarm worked well and recieved the signal on the 10th and today i tested it well gues what the centre did not recieved the signal (i cant help wondering)
