I am shocked and disgusted with the service I got from Cell C over the last 2 months.

I reported on the 6th of February this year, for Cell C to investigate, why I have been charged more than R250 for a 5 min call while being in South Africa. I was charged R50 a min, as if I was phoning Mars!!!

I have been speaking to countless people, including so-called supervisors, but NO ONE has done anything. every single person told me that the matter will be resolved in 48hours and that they will PHONE ME BACK.

All I am being told over and over is that I was roaming. But NO ONE told me WHY I WAS ROAMING IN SOUTH AFRICA AND HOW IT HAPPENED THAT I GOT ON THE ROAMING SIGNAL!!!
If cell c BOTHERED to check the last call to the exact number AN HOUR EARLIER, they would see that I was in SOUTH AFRICA AND NOT ITALY like they say!!! Maybe someone that is COMPETENT can explain to me how do you get IN AN HOUR FROM SOUTH AFRICA TO ITALY!!! And why DIDN'T CELL C INFORM ME THAT I CAUGHT A ROAMING SIGNAL IN SOUTH AFRICA by sending an SMS???

DO THEY ONLY EMPLOY INCOMPETENT PEOPLE??? I am totally disgusted with the way I was treated. Totally UNPROFESSIONAL AND INCOMPETENT.
