Once again after two attempts I knew the error was a technical one with my wi-fi device not a fault. The first phone call amusing some what as not even my details were asked, the response was just "faulty device", all I could do was frown my side bite my lip... and call in again, the next agent was helpful enough to ask for help which was great, call got cut. Third attempt I got through to Abdul Raseien, he could here my frustration at this point which he handled very well and with the utmost patience! If only all call centre agents were just 10% as polite as Abdul we would all complain a lot. Abdul explained step by step without making me like a "technophobic ". His service is something I will remember! So much so I even asked him to spell his name so I could share this encounter on this here site!
