Account a mess since October 2012 still not fixed

My account no is 349901219154, D.S Du Toit, 01642581280, 7110165288085. I transfered the line to my name Suptember last year as my mom moved out and its only me and my care taker. I am physically disabled and use an electric -wheelchair. When i went to telkom to transfer the line i also asked for the discount we get. I was told its on the system. My ac count when it was on my mom's name was R570 -, since it on my name its been R1350, R760, R621 and now again R670. This is redicilus its going up and up instead of comming down. I want this fixed now and a rebate on all the months i did not get my discount, and they need to see why this account is going up and up and we dont use it more, same use as before but i pay more. I am fed up i have been to your offices hundreds of times phoned you a of alot if times and still its not fixed. I want it fixed NOW!!!
