I Have been battling to try and get my itemised billing info from MTN for a month and a half now. I've spoken to all the automated systems, tried to log on online, went to an MTN Direct store and not once could anybody or machine help me. I even received an email with a number to dial, only to find the number does not exist??? Would really appreciate it if somebody that actually knows how things work there could just give me an answer, I mean really it's just billing info I'm asking for and they can't even help me with that? Not looking forward to the day when I really have a problem.
