O I saw a very attractive offer on contract for a Galaxy Note 2 and I applied for it.
o I was told over the phone that I qualified and it was approved,
o I waited 2 weeks for delivery as opposed to the 3 to 7 working days promised over the phone by the consultant,
o Upon follow up, I had to wait for a long time to get through to a consultant,
o At this point I was not impressed with Cell C having come from Vodacom,
o I ported my number and that process went smooth,
o Today I realised I was out of data and called 140,
o The consultant took my info and said hold on,
o I did for a while and the music was playing,
o Suddenly it went silent,
o I stayed on the phone for 13:04 minutes until the call ended - NO ASSISTANCE AT ALL
o I am sadly beginning to regret moving over to Cell C,
o All I wanted was to get the giga nite 10 deal added to my contract. Is that so hard?
o Oh no! Wait! I went to the website and wanted to log on to mytools and register, guess what? My number was not recognized as it is a number from Vodacom.

How then do I access Cell C services with my Vodacom number?
