I moved to Cell C a few months ago due to the great rates however, I have been really disappointed with the product.

On my previous network I never had trouble making or receiving calls and I always had good internet access. However this is certainly not the case on Cell C. My house is a Cell C free zone and I cannot make or receive any calls while in my house - this was not the case on my last network. My internet coverage is also at best intermittent. These problems are not limited to my house and coverage is poor throughout Durban.

I am at my wits end, even my boss is frustrated with me as she cannot get hold of me and I battle to return her calls. If I manage to make a call the recipeient cant hear me and the call inevitably breaks off.

I am at my wits end, I can't have this poor service for the next 1.5 years of my contract! I have subsequently heard that Cell C only has one tower in Durban, had I know this I would never have moved to your network
