I am so tired off MTN and the bad service

I have two top up contracts with MTN my debit order of R318.00 that is suppose to go off every 7th of each month. On the night of the 8th April i got an sms for the amount off R 965.00 that went of for MTN. I then phoned the call centre just to find out that my debit order did not go through for about 3 month and that is why they took the money. With life being hard that was my children school fees. I understand completely that that amount is outstanding and that it needs to be paid. But why did they let my account go on running without payment and why did they not put it on my statement on my statement for end March the total outstanding amount is R318.00 so then that is what I will pay. I went to the nearest MTN branch to find out if they can give me that money back the school wants to put my children out off school and then i will pay that off with my other instalments. they just told me they cant do anything about it. I feel this is MTN responsibility to fix this If they sent me the correct statement or even stopped my bbm service and top up airtime I would have known and i would have time to make a plan. If someone from MTN does not come with a solution i will stop using MTN.
