Worst service

Good day I sent my phone in for repairs to Nashua Mobile Westwood Mall on the 23rd of June. 1st my phone took 4 weeks to be repaired, then today I received my phone and the trackpad doesn't work the phone is worse now that before it went for repairs. I will not accept that the phone has to go back in for repairs and I must wait 4 weeks again I want a new or phone or I must be able to upgrade now. I don't expect this type of service from a service provider.
