Breach of contract...!?

I have been paying for a service which was never activated. This is according to your call centre that would have gotten back to me in 48hours. The 48hour period ends in 4hours time & the department responsible has already gone home according to the person i just spoke to. Considering that its Friday now, it would seem that your turnaround time is 6 days from date of complaint if you even get back to me on Monday that is. So now another month starts and i will still not be getting the agreed on & paid for service. I have paid every month via debit order with no interruption at all, yet Cell C has decided at some level of the company, either through incompetence or outright that i don't need to get what i have been paying for. Sounds like breach of contract to me. I will confirm this on Monday when i meet my lawyer for lunch. Cell C has managed to not only not provide me with the service I've been paying for but also makes me pay for the below par quality service when it's available, which is very ad-hoc ad best. My brother has already cancelled his 2 contract 12 months early due to your coverage or non-coverage as it actually is. Ref # 4012903620... use it don't use it.
