MTN No Network in Pimville Zone6

I live in Pimville Zone 6, for the past 5 months my MTN phone has no network when Im home. Ive emailed the coverage guys at MTN, they even came to my place at some time and confirmed the lack of coverage around my area and promissed to have the thing fixed, but since then nobody even bothers to return my emails. Im on contract which is really useless when Im home and Its unfair because I really miss important services MTN is supposed to be supplying since I pay them without a hassle.

The frustration is so severe, I cant wait to go back to cell c when this stupid contract expires. I hate companies who act all cool and fail to provide the very service one is paying for!!!
